Intention & Schedule
This weekend retreat is designed specifically to help you reclaim your personal power, and all the immersive exercises you'll experience will support you in one of the following ways:
- identifying where, when, and why you may have given your power away, and to whomÂ
- reconciling within yourself what you want to do with this new awareness
- reclaiming your personal power and embodying any exiled parts of yourself
- learning to take up space and embody the fullness of your power
During this immersive weekend, you'll experience four Introspective Breathwork® sessions along with a variety of individual, group and partnered work. Â
The Schedule:
Friday, May 30th: evening 6:00-8:30pm
Saturday, May 31: 9:30am-5:00pm (with a *90-minute lunch break)
Sunday, June 1: 9:00-11:00am
*There are a few options for lunch in the area, and you're welcome to bring your lunch.

The retreat is located at the office of Brennon Moore in Bend, Oregon. It's not an overnight retreat, so if you're traveling to Bend for the retreat you'll need to find accommodations. Â

Bio: Lisa McNett
is a relentless explorer, fueled by a lifelong curiosity in human behavior and self-discovery, embodies a visionary leader bridging ancient wisdom with a New World vision. Her transformative journey, marked by triumph over trauma and addiction, is guided by faith and an unwavering life purpose.

In her career as a hospitality manager, Lisa traversed the US, nurturing her unique spirit. In 2007, her inner calling led her to India, where a profound 'Kundalini Awakening' unveiled latent gifts, propelling her into the realms of healing arts and intuitive growth.

At her core, Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals heal and integrate adverse experiences, with a strong focus on trauma recovery. Over 17 years, she's assisted diverse groups, including incarcerated individuals and at-risk US Veterans, believing that healing trauma ripples across generations and contributes to global healing. Lisa holds several relevant certifications: Breathwork Practitioner, Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapy Practitioner, 500-hour Yoga Instructor, and Reiki Master. Over the years, she has immersed herself in various spiritual practices to understand their underlying teachings and has trained with experts in trauma-informed practices, including Thomas Hübl and Dr. Dan Siegel. Lisa considers herself a lifelong student, always seeking to improve herself and her work.

As the founder of One Breath Institute and co-developer of Introspective Breathwork® Therapy, Lisa's life purpose blooms, fostering a global network of trauma-informed practitioners. Her work also extends to The Guest House, a trauma and addiction treatment center, where she serves as a Clinical Breathwork Practitioner.

In essence, Lisa's mission is clear: to contribute to the transformation and healing of the world through her unique blend of wisdom, experience, and compassion.
Bio: Brennon Moore
is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with his masters degree (MS) in mental health counseling; he is a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-II), and a Nationally Certified Trauma Therapist (CTT). Brennon has been specializing in trauma, attachment wounding, and addiction recovery for over a decade in both a residential and outpatient setting. His interest in trauma healing began in academia while studying experiential and gestalt approaches to treating trauma at The University of Cork in Ireland, and several months working as a counselor with traumatized children in the Middle East during his graduate studies. Brennon is a Western Psychological Association research award winner in outstanding research design in health Psychology for his exploration of opiate addiction, pain perception and perceived control, a trainer and educator in the field of trauma and addiction, winning the “Fan Favorite Award” at the 2015 Foundations Innovations in Recovery conference, and has been a keynote speaker at numerous conferences in the behavioral healthcare field with a focus on addiction and sexual trauma recovery for men. Brennon is an advanced EMDR practitioner, a certified trauma focused Introspective breathwork facilitator, a clinical hypnosis practitioner, a trained DBT and mindfulness practitioner, and he is trained in Peter Levine's Somatic Experiencing and other body based modalities.
Brennon leads trauma healing retreats and parent workshops, private intensives, retreats for mental health practitioners, and he continues to speak and educate direct care staff on the subjects of childhood trauma, attachment, and addictive disorders. In January of 2017 his first book was released, "Finding a New Tribe: Helping Young Men Recover from Childhood Sexual Abuse and Addiction”. In May of 2018 Brennon fulfilled his biggest professional dream and opened Skyline Recovery with his two closest friends. The mission of Skyline Recovery is to set young people onto a path of recovery from substances, trauma, and life difficulties by utilizing 12-step recovery, sober coaching, cutting edge clinical modalities, family work, rites of passage experiences, and connection with a community of like-minded peers to navigate the transition. In 2022, Brennon helped launch Broken Top Counseling with three skilled healers and friends, where he now works with clients and families in his private practice. The goal of Broken Top is to bring skilled and innovative trauma focused therapy to the community of Bend.
