I affirm I am a Member of One Breath Institute's Private Membership Association, and that I understand the retreat cancellation policy.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no-one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their retreat, but unexpected things happen, so please be sure to take the time to read our booking terms and conditions, including our cancellation policy (outlined below).

• Your deposit is non-refundable, at any time
• Cancellation 90 days prior to the first day of reservation, 25% of the total contracted amount will be forfeited. The remaining amount will be credited to another available reservation within one year of original booking.
• Cancellation between 90 - 61 days prior to the first day of reservation, 50% of any of the contracted amount will be forfeited.
• Cancellation between 60 - 31 days prior to the first day of reservation, 75% of any of the contracted amount will be forfeited. 
• Cancellation within 30 days of the first day of reservation, 100% of the contracted amount is forfeited in full.

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent via email or registered mail. One Breath Institute is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled trips, such as airline tickets, or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance (medical and trip) with a trip cancellation policy. Please check with your travel insurance company for more detailed information (World Nomads is one option).

What happens if Bali or Indonesia’s borders close?

Let’s face it, these days we need to be prepared for anything when planning a trip. If Bali’s borders suddenly close and this prevents the retreat from occurring, your payment amount will be held in credit for you to apply in full to any future retreat date and your travel insurance should cover any travel or flight interruption costs.
