Our program offers unparalleled support through live group sessions, where our OBI teachers are trained in co-active coaching. They don't just facilitate Introspective Breathwork® Therapy; they also guide and coach you through all the experiences you encounter during the program. This personalized approach ensures you receive the best support throughout your journey.

What's more, we go the extra mile by including three private sessions with one of our in-house support specialists in your tuition. These sessions, which last 60-75 minutes each, can be scheduled at your convenience. These one-on-one sessions provide you with a tailored and individualized support system, further enhancing your experience and helping you make the most of your personal growth journey.

Details About Our Healing Program

 

What Support Will I Receive?

Throughout the Personal Journey, you will receive support unlike you have ever received before. It is our intention that you feel heard, valued, seen, and accepted. All are welcome here. We are person-centered, which means we are non-directive, refrain from judgment, experience all students as unique beings, and recognize our roles as supportive guides - not as authority figures.

It is important to us that you have every opportunity to receive support from our staff, and to connect with your new global community!

These opportunities include:

  • Private Sessions - Included in your tuition are 3 private sessions with one of our in-house support specialists. These private sessions are 60-75 minutes and can be scheduled at your convenience. 
  • Community - You get a private Facebook group, only for those enrolled in The Personal Journey.
  • Breathwork - OBI hosts community breathwork sessions every Sunday at 11am Eastern, which you’re encouraged to attend.
  • IGNITE - Is a course in itself, and where your journey begins. When you register, you get immediate access to IGNITE, and can begin our 7-Day Breathwork Experience, learn breathwork techniques from Aysu, and follow previously recorded guided breathwork sessions anytime you want!
  • Peers - Your peers will become a source of support, connection, and life-long friendship!
  • Coaching- All OBI teachers are also trained coaches and highly skilled at supporting and coaching you through any and all experiences you have as you move through the program.

Aysu is a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Practitioner. She is a certified Pilates and Yoga instructor with over 15 years of experience and has acquired certifications in Advanced Pranic Healing and Emotional Freedom Technique.

Sarah is a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Facilitator, Holistic Therapist living on the south west coast of Ireland. She is also a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Nutritional Therapist with a background in Chinese Medicine.

Vane is a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork® Therapy Facilitator, Family Constellation facilitator, and Transpersonal Coach. At OBI, she has the joy of serving as a Student Support, a role that I hold close to my heart.

Sophia is a trauma-informed Introspective Breathwork®  Therapy Facilitator living in Berlin, Germany. Originally an Osteopath specializing in working with women through all stages & emotions of life, I have throughout my journey always been a support person in healing.
